Chef Kurn has more than fourteen years of professional experience working in fine dining establishments and hotels throughout Canada, Europe and Asia, including the renowned Raffles Hotel in Hamburg, and Le Royal Meridien King Edward Hotel in Toronto. Kristian’s myriad influences promise to introduce some new interpretations and exotic flavours to the Main Dining Room while maintaining the high standards and excellent quality that have long been the trademark of the RCMI. |
